The location is pretty handy, very near the train station.
The room situation became rather annoying. The air conditioning clearly didn't want to cooperate, so I could not get a pleasant temperature. the noise from the trains made sleep a tricky business. Earplugs became necessary.

The room i booked was modern. it had all the amenities i needed for sightseeing. breakfast had a range of meals. I could choose from sweet and savory options. the location is good, it is only a short train ride to the city hall.
I think the hotel had some shortcomings that affected my experience. there were no bathroom slippers provided, a disappointment. there was no toothbrush available in the bathroom. That was inconvenient. the noise from the trains was pretty disruptive since the hotel is close to the rail station.

the room was clean and spacious and it had everything i needed for my short stay. the location proved very convenient , giving me easy access to the s-bahn for quick trips to hauptbahnhof. i found the hotel to be relatively new, offering very very comfy and tidy rooms with high standards.
i found the staff to be unfriendly , especially during check-in where neither of the two staff members acknowledged us with a smile or welcome. the area lacked nearby dining options and felt quite unsafe. i had to seek out staff to get a drink at the bar and waited fifteen minutes for service.

the hotel features a very spacious lounge with a bar in the lobby , great for calm evenings. the lobby has comfortable seating and offers a relaxed environment for socializing or working. i observed that the hotel's facilities are modern and well-kept.

the hotel has very good location , with easy access to public transport. i was able to take the train to the city hall in just two stops. i noticed the hotel is near train tracks , but sound isolation kept the room quiet with windows closed.

the hotel offers easy quick access to the downtown area. access to the airport and the central train station is also convenient. the breakfast provided was quite good.
the room temperature was too warm. it did not drop below 19c. twice on the last morning, a cleaner knocked on the door and disturbed me.

i found some issues . the lack of a refrigerator was disappointing. also, the noise from traffic and the nearby train was quite disruptive, especially since opening the window for fresh air only made it worse.. this made it difficult to relax in the room.

The location was disappointing, it's not very close to the center. the noise from the trains was disruptive, we had to keep the windows closed. the area felt unsafe. I would not stay here again.
